The client needed to elevate a compact unit in a new downtown development—targeting upscale short-term renters. Prior attempts made the space feel cramped and forgettable.
Our Process / Results:
We used transformable furniture, reflective materials, high-mounted custom storage, and vertical zoning to create visual height. Every inch was intentional, from lighting rail placements to hidden kitchen panels. The unit now rents at a premium and remains fully booked.
