The landlord wanted to overhaul a dark basement apartment suffering from low rentability. The goal: increase light, improve acoustics, and make it feel like a main floor unit—without structural changes.
Our Process / Results:
We added smart vertical lighting, replaced all flooring with light-toned laminate, introduced subtle foliage-themed wall treatments, and optimized airflow. Built-in shelving created visual width. Now fully tenanted, this unit became the model suite for future investments.
